RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To return or exchange an item please send an email to orders@lura.us after reading the following information:

UNITED STATES RETURN POLICY

This United States Return Policy (“Policy”) is to customers (“you”) in the United States who purchased LURA products from LURA Eyewear LLC (“LURA”) through the online store at www.LURA.us.
You may return items purchased from LURA.us for exchange or refund in accordance with the terms set forth in this Policy. All refunds will be issued to either (1) the payment card, or (2) the PayPal account used to purchase the item(s) being returned.

RETURN WITHIN 10 DAYS

All returns must be accepted by USPS with the appropriate shipping label for return to LURA in like new, resalable condition within ten (10) days of their delivery date. Items shipped to LURA more than ten (10) days past their recorded delivery date will be returned to sender and no refund shall be issued.

SHIPPING

For customers in the United States, LURA will cover the cost of return shipping.
You may initiate a return by emailing us at orders@lura.us to request a return authorization number (“RA#”) and prepaid USPS shipping label.

All returns must be sent via USPS and no return will be accepted without a valid LURA RA# included with the shipment.
All items must be packed securely and returned in like new, resalable condition accompanied by all protective materials and accessories including, but not limited to, temple & front sleeves, tags, cases, cleaning cloths, boxes, and booklets.
All returns should be shipped in their original outer shipping carton. If the original outer shipping carton is not available, then substitute a strong outer shipping carton and packing materials of comparable quality suitable for shipping fragile items.
Please include a photocopy of the LURA.us invoice that accompanied your shipment, clearly write your LURA RA# at the top and keep a record of your USPS tracking number.

Only items purchased online from LURA.us can be returned to LURA.us. Items purchased from LURA.us cannot be returned to LURA retailers.
LURA expressly reserves the right to refuse returns that do not fully comply with LURA’s Return Policy and all other applicable polices governing purchases made through LURA.us. All nonconforming returns will be returned to sender at a charge to sender of $25 per shipment.
If your package arrived damaged, then please contact us with photos of the package at orders@lura.us.

This International Return Policy (“Policy”) is to customers (“you”) from outside the United States who purchased LURA products from LURA Eyewear LLC (“LURA”) through the online store at www.LURA.us. 
You may return items purchased from LURA.us for exchange or refund in accordance with the terms set forth in this Policy. All refunds will be issued to either (1) the payment card, or (2) the PayPal account used to purchase the item(s) being returned.

LIMITED WARRANTY

All LURA products include a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. LURA makes every effort to assure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and warrant to the original purchaser that their products are free from defects for a period ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage due to direct or indirect misuse or abuse. LURA reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects and requires proof of purchase from an authorized retailer for warranty eligibility.
