All LURA products include a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. LURA makes every effort to assure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and warrant to the original purchaser that their products are free from defects for a period ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage due to direct or indirect misuse or abuse. LURA reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects and requires proof of purchase from an authorized retailer for warranty eligibility. WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVER?
This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in the new LURA product accompanied by this limited warranty statement. Only consumers purchasing this product from LURA Eyewear LLC (collectively “LURA”) online or from an authorized LURA retailer may obtain coverage under this limited warranty. This limited warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser or user.
HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?
The warranty period is ninety (90) days from the documented date of purchase.
WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY NOT COVER?
This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by (i) commercial use, (ii) normal wear and tear, or (iii) misuse, accident (including without limitation collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorized repair, or improper storage. This limited warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations. Also, consequential, indirect and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.
WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO?
LURA will not provide any warranty coverage unless your claim is in compliance with all terms of this limited warranty statement and you follow proper return procedure. To obtain warranty service, please notify email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number (“RA#”) and return the allegedly defective product together with proof of purchase to the address specified by LURA in connection with the RA#. You shall bear the cost of shipping the product to LURA and LURA shall bear the cost of shipping the product back to you after the completion of service under this limited warranty if your claim is covered by this warranty. Any product returned to LURA without a valid warranty claim, without an RA# or without proof of purchase may be rejected, returned to you at your cost or kept for 30 days for your pick-up and then disposed of in LURA’s sole discretion. By sending a product for repair or replacement, you agree to transfer ownership of the original product to LURA.
WHAT WILL LURA DO?
If LURA authorizes you to return your product LURA will, at LURA’s option, either repair or replace the defective product. Any repair or replacement may be, at the option of LURA, a new or remanufactured part or product. If LURA, in its sole discretion, determines it is not able or reasonable to replace the defective product, LURA may refund you the purchase price, or a portion thereof, which you paid for the product. LURA warrants that repaired or replaced products are covered for 90 days.
